CASE STUDY: MOLEMAP — MESSAGING & WEBSITE COPY (SEO + CONVERSION)
The Brief
MoleMap needed website content that better reflected their clinical expertise while also improving visibility in search. The existing content covered the services, but the messaging wasn’t clearly communicating value or guiding users towards booking.
The Approach
I worked across both messaging and execution, refining how MoleMap’s services were positioned, and then translating that into clear, structured website content.
This involved:
Clarifying key service messaging to better reflect expertise and trust
Restructuring pages to improve flow, readability and user journey
Aligning content with SEO opportunities, including search intent and keyword integration
Ensuring tone remained accessible while still clinically credible
The Outcome
The updated content created a clearer path from search to action, helping users quickly understand what’s offered, why it matters, and what to do next.
It also positioned MoleMap more strongly in search by aligning content with how people are actually looking for skin checks and related services.
